Shipping Policy

At HONG KONG TUOXIANG TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, we want your order to reach you as safely and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver inverters, batteries, and energy-storage systems worldwide.

Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed. Bulk, OEM, and custom orders are produced to a lead time agreed in your quotation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide by sea and air freight, and by express courier for samples and smaller orders. Please note that lithium batteries are classified as dangerous goods and must ship by approved methods; we will advise the most suitable option for your destination and order size.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, destination, and the freight method chosen, and will be confirmed in your quotation. Delivery estimates vary by route and method – typically a few days by express courier and several weeks by sea freight. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed (for example under DDP terms), import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported and used at the destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide tracking details or shipping documents (such as the bill of lading or airway bill) so you can follow your shipment.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally delays can happen due to weather, port congestion, carrier issues, customs inspection, or other circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If goods arrive damaged, photograph the packaging and products and contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a claim. Keep all packaging until any claim is resolved.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
