Returns & Refund

We want you to be confident in every product you buy from HONG KONG TUOXIANG TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. This policy explains how returns, warranty claims, and refunds work for our inverters, batteries, and energy-storage systems.

Product Warranty
Our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. The exact warranty period and terms for each model are stated in your quotation, contract, or the product documentation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, operation outside rated specifications, accidents, or force majeure.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If a unit is found to be non-functional on arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the serial number, and photos or a short video showing the fault. We will arrange a replacement, replacement parts, or another remedy after verification.

How to Start a Return or Claim
To begin a warranty claim or return, email us at Jack@Indeedtech.net or contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, the product model and serial number, and a clear description of the issue. Our technical team may ask for photos, videos, or test readings to diagnose the problem before authorizing a return.

Return Authorization and Shipping
Returns must be authorized in advance. Please do not send products back without an agreed return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the nature of the claim and will be confirmed during the process. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method.

Refunds and Remedies
Once we receive and inspect a returned product, we will confirm the outcome by email. Depending on the case, the remedy may be repair, replacement, spare parts, or a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or by the agreed method within a reasonable processing time. Original shipping, customs, and handling charges are generally non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Situations
Products that have been installed and used without a valid defect, damaged by the customer, modified, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for refund. Custom, OEM, and made-to-order items may have specific return terms set out in your contract.
