On-grid (grid-tie) inverters feed solar power into the utility grid. Off-grid inverters run independently with battery storage. Hybrid inverters do both — using solar, grid and battery together — which makes them ideal for self-consumption and backup.

Yes. Our products are engineered to EU single-phase (230V) and US split-phase (120/240V) standards. Tell us your market and we will recommend the correct model.

Hybrid inverters from roughly 3kW to 16kW, PV/grid-tie and off-grid inverters from 4kW to 10kW, and LiFePO4 batteries in 12V, 24V and 48V from 100Ah up to 628Ah.

We use LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) cells for safety and long cycle life. Batteries include a built-in BMS, with RS485/CAN communication on higher-voltage models.

Many models communicate over RS485/CAN and can work with compatible battery systems. Share your battery brand and protocol and we will confirm compatibility.

LiFePO4 batteries are classified as dangerous goods. We ship them by approved, compliant methods and provide the required documentation for your destination.

Yes. We ship globally by sea and air freight, and by express courier for samples and smaller orders, choosing the best method for your order size and destination.

Unless we agree otherwise (for example under DDP terms), import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility, as is local import compliance.

Our products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. The exact period and terms per model are stated in your quotation and documentation.

Notify us within 7 days of delivery with the order number, serial number and photos or a short video. After verification we will arrange a replacement, parts or another remedy.

Yes. Our team supports product selection, manuals, configuration and troubleshooting. Inverters and batteries must be installed by qualified personnel following the manuals and local electrical codes.
